Buenas a todos y a todas, estoy en búsqueda de juegos
para mi colección, paso a especificar acerca del tema:
Preferencia a títulos precintados y acepto de segunda mano, siempre y cuando estos últimos estén completos y en perfecto estado.
A continuación, los puntos que principalmente valoro al aceptar o rechazar un título:
Completos originalmente y en buen estado.
Primeras versiones (Rechazando así Platinum, Playstation Hits, GOTY, PSP Essentials, versiones calificadas por periodistas u otras ediciones de año, etc...).
Pal/Esp (a no ser que sea un juego de región determinada, en la que únicamente haya salido en esta, como por ejemplo NTSC-J con Dragon Ball V2).
Pegatina recta (como por ejemplo con algunos juegos de PS2 de Sony).

Los cuatro responsables de la web de descargas ilegales por internet seriesyonkis son juzgados desde este lunes en Murcia por presuntos delitos contra la propiedad intelectual que causaron a las productoras de cine perjuicios por 546 millones.
El fiscal -que pide dos años de cárcel y multa de 4.200 euros para cada imputado- señala en sus conclusiones provisionales que uno de ellos, a sabiendas de lo ilícito de su proceder y operando desde terminales informáticos de la Universidad de Murcia, donde fue becario, y en su propio domicilio, operó con webs de las que era administrador.
Tres dominios
Mediante tres dominios alojados en un servidor domiciliado en Sevilla puso a disposición de los usuarios de internet, presuntamente, el acceso a material audiovisual con derechos de propiedad intelectual, al facilitar enlaces para su visionado en línea y su descarga directa.
La Entidad de Gestión de los Derechos de los Productores Audiovisuales ha valorado los perjuicios en 546 millones y la Federación Antipiratería, en 9,5 millones.
Y eso con la ley vieja, que hay gente que cree que esto no pasaba. Que no pasa nada por tener una web de anime online, o con enlaces torrents a lo que sea. Videojuegos incluídos.
Pongo ¿palo? con interrogante porque hay gente que cree que esto es muy poca multa. Pero los dos años de cárcel también se van a sumar de manera económica (y va a subir mucho mas la multa), a no ser que tengan antecedentes, entonces sí cumplirían pena en prisión.
Que lo del torrent, mas tarde o mas temprano, se va a poner mucho mas complicado que lo que es ahora.

Estoy siguiendo las directaciones de Felipez de Fable III, y en el primer directo contaba el caso de Fable III en PC: el juego estaba en Steam, pero lo retiraron hace tiempo (o, mejor dicho, impidieron su compra) por un conflicto legal entre Microsoft y Steam (o algo así, ni idea). El caso es que el juego en PC no se puede comprar/adquirir legalmente, a menos que sea en páginas de keys, donde estas están a 75 o más, y no tienes asegurado que sean válidas. ¿Justificaríais la piratería en casos como este juego?
En el caso de que no, si el juego fuera exclusivo de la plataforma (que no lo es, ya que se puede jugar en XBox 360), ¿lo aceptaríais?

Durante las ofertas de Days of Play de Game hice un pedido de varios juegos por la web a domicilio y la cuestión es que al recibir el paquete había juegos sin precintar con la caja desgastada, incluso con los folletos de dentro arrugados. Vamos, que están metiendo juegos de segunda mano en los pedidos y te los venden como nuevos.
A alguien más le ha pasado ésto? He hablado con ellos y no me han puesto ningún problema en devolver el dinero, pero me parece una jugada un tanto rastrera...Ellos deben pensar así: "¿Qué nos quedamos sin stock? Pues metemos cajas de segunda mano y si cuela cuela, no?"
